Data and purposes
Information you enter — including your name, phone number, date, location, service and number of people — is used to prepare your request, answer questions, organise the service and manage the client relationship.
The forms compose a message that you then choose to send through WhatsApp. The website has no booking database and does not directly store the form content on its server.
Retention and recipients
Messages are kept only for as long as needed to handle the request, perform the service and meet applicable administrative or legal duties. They are not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
When a hairstylist or another professional is involved, only the information required to organise the service may be shared.
External services
The site links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and Google Reviews. Their own privacy rules apply when opened. Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts, which can transmit technical data such as an IP address.
Technical data and cookies
The hosting provider may process technical logs needed for security, operation and diagnostics. The website does not intentionally install advertising cookies or use profiling systems.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data where applicable. Contact Makeup by Ornella by phone or WhatsApp. Messages sent through WhatsApp also remain subject to that platform’s rules.
